It was an honour to be part of the faculty at the 2024 Royal North Shore Shoulder Symposium held in Sydney. A big thank you to Ben Cass and Allan Young for organising such a wonderful scientific meeting. I had the opportunity to present on the arthroscopic Latarjet procedure, sharing results from the first 330 cases I’ve performed with labral repair. A highlight of the meeting were the battle rounds. I enjoyed immensely the Latarjet debate!
