Proud moment today at the Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association Conference in Cairns. My fellow from Mumbai, Rohit Sane, took the stage to present his research titled:

“Quantifying the Difference in Glenoid Component Position Between Total Shoulder Arthroplasty and Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty.”

In this study, Rohit explored how implant position varies between TSA and RSA procedures and how these differences impact glenoid and implant sizing. His findings show that RSA implants ideally sit more inferiorly compared to TSA, with greater disparity seen in larger glenoids though increasing implant size has minimal effect.

Incredible work, Rohit! Great to see this level of detail and insight being shared on such a big platform.
