The Latarjet procedure involves transfer of the coracoid process as a bone block to the anterior glenoid. It is a procedure performed to treat anterior shoulder instability, especially for patients with recurrent shoulder dislocations. The Latarjet procedure is particularly effective in dealing with bone loss from the anterior glenoid.
