Dr Kieran Hirpara from Ireland and the UK has been awarded the 2015 Research Prize. The Cutbush Research Prize is awarded to the shoulder fellow who is able to make a significant contribution to research into shoulder disorders. Dr Hirpara made very significant contributions to papers that have been published or accepted for publication in international medical journals on arthroscopic latarjet surgery combined with labral repair: all arthroscopic latissimus dorsi transfer surgery; and all arthroscopic acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) reconstruction.
