Simpliciti anatomical total shoulder replacement. I used the Simpliciti shoulder system today for the first time today. For a patient with good bone quality, it allows preservation of proximal humeral bone leaving open options if needed in the future. The system worked beautifully today. We were able to view the blueprint planning software on the intraoperative monitors which allowed us to review and adjust the preoperative plan as we progressed with the procedure.
