I spoke at the Combined Orthopaedic Anaesthetic Conference (COMA 2017) in Terigal, NSW last week. The topic my friend and colleague Ed Bateman asked me to speak on was "When Blocks Go Bad" which refers to anaesthetic blocks performed to ameliorate pain for patients following a surgical procedure. It was a interesting topic to prepare for and I enjoyed sharing my experiences with my colleagues.
